(205) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on July 13, 2020. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Bain, Borgens, Hale, Masur, Reddy and Mayor <br />Howard <br />M/S Masur and Borgens, to close the public hearing, passes unanimously by roll call vote. <br />Motion passes 7-0 by roll call vote. <br />M/S Masur and Aguirre, to: <br />1. Hold a public hearing; <br />2. Adopt a resolution amending, eliminating, and adopting certain fees and charges for <br />the Library and Parks, Recreation, and Community Services Departments; <br />3. Adopt a resolution adopting certain fees and charges for Fire Department services; <br />4. Direct staff to administratively incorporate the proposed fees into the City's Master Fee <br />Schedule; and <br />5. Authorize the City Manager or designee to request that the Peninsula Library System <br />purge all daily overdue fines owed as of June 22, 2020 for Redwood City Public Library <br />materials. <br />
