DES:djk ~6/15/95 (138/39) <br /> <br /> ~ o R I G I N A L - 7/24/95 <br /> <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 12531 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR FIRE <br /> STATIONS NO. 11 AND 12 FUEL SYSTEM REMOVAL AND <br /> REPLACEMENT PROJECT; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING <br /> ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for Fire Stations No. 11 and 12 <br /> Fuel System Removal and Replacement Project, Redwood City, <br /> California, have been presented to, and reviewed by, this <br /> Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> <br />bids for the work therein described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain documents entitled, "Contract Documents <br />for Fire Stations No. 11 & 12 Fuel System Removal and <br />Replacement - City of Redwood City, California", prepared by the <br />Department of Community Development, Engineering Division, a copy <br />of which documents are on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br />are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />advertise for bids for the performance of the work of improvement <br />hereinabove described. <br /> <br /> <br />
