I FXS:rg 0~'~6/95 (020/40) <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12528 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR THE <br /> ELECTRICAL SUBCONTRACT FOR THE CITY HALL PROJECT; AND <br /> AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br /> THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the Electrical Subcontract <br /> <br />for the City Hall Project, Redwood City, California, have been <br />presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br />thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> <br />bids for the work therein described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract <br />Documents for the Electrical Subcontract for the City Hall - City <br />of Redwood City, California", prepared by the Department of <br />Community Development, Engineering Division, a copy of which <br />documents are on file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby <br />approved. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />advertise for bids for the performance of the work of improvement <br />hereinabove described. <br /> <br /> <br />
