(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on July 27, 2020. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Bain, Borgens, Hale, Masur, Reddy and Mayor <br />Howard <br />M/S Hale and Reddy to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the standard <br />form construction contract documents and award a contract for the 2019 Overlay Project <br />(portions of Chestnut Street, Middlefield Road, and Spring Street) to the lowest <br />responsible bidder, G. Bortolotto & Co., Inc. of San Carlos, for their low bid of <br />$521,111.11; and authorize the City Manager, or their designee, to increase the contract <br />amount, if necessary, up to 10% of the original contract amount, for a not to exceed total <br />in the amount of $573,222.22. <br />Motion passes 7-"y roll call vote. <br />QJVZ 4 � <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
