(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on August 24, 2020. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Bain, Borgens, Hale, Masur, Reddy and Mayor <br />Howard <br />M/S Borgens and Aguirre to approve and authorize the City Manager to increase the <br />contract amount for the Redwood City Pavement Preservation Project (Twin Dolphin <br />Overlay Project) with O'Grady Paving, Inc., in the amount of $451,923 for a total contract <br />of $1,443,334.40; and authorize the City Manager to increase the contract amount, if <br />necessary, up to 10% of the amended contract amount, for a not to exceed total of <br />$1,587,667.84. <br />Motion passes 7-0 by roll c ote. <br />""V� <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
