(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on August 24, 2020. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Bain, Borgens, Hale, Masur, Reddy and Mayor <br />Howard <br />M/S Borgens and Aguirre to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the <br />contract documents and award the standard form contract for the 2019-2020 Sanitary <br />Sewer Replacement Project to Casey Construction Inc. of Emerald Hills, California for <br />their responsive and responsible low total bid of $3,936,252 and authorize the City <br />Manager, or their designee, to increase the contract amount, if necessary, up to 10% of <br />the amount awarded, and confirm determination that the project is exempt and meets <br />California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) exemption criteria as set forth in Section <br />15302 (Replacement or Reconstruction) of the CEQA Regulations. <br />Motion passes 7-0 by roll call vote. <br />Pamela Aguilar, C C <br />City Clerk <br />
