DES:djk ~6/29/95 (002/41) <br /> <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12519 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> AND MARK WEIR FOR HISTORIC PROPERTY PRESERVATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City and Mark Weir, owner of <br />the property hereinafter described, entered into that certain <br />agreement entitled, "Agreement for Historic Property <br />Preservation", dated February 7, 1992, (the "Agreement"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to California Government Code Section <br />50280 et seq., the Agreement provides for the use, maintenance <br />and restoration, as historical property, of residential property <br />located at 423 Beech Street, Redwood City, California, which <br />property is more particularly described in the Agreement and in <br />the Amendment thereto hereinafter described; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City and owner desire to enter into an <br />amendment to the Agreement relating to works of improvement to be <br />completed with respect to the historic property therein <br />described; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain agreement entitled, "Amendment to <br />Agreement for Historic Property Preservation" by and between the <br />City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br />California and MarK Weir, the owner in fee of all that certain <br />real property described in said amendment to agreement, a copy of <br />which is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy <br /> <br /> <br />
