~ES:d~ "~/07/9~ (1~5/~) <br /> <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12518 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR FIELD CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING/ <br /> INSPECTION SERVICES <br /> <br /> (TECH/AID) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires daily field <br />construction engineering/inspection services to insure quality <br />control for certain capital improvement projects in the City of <br />Redwood City, California (the "Projects"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, TECH/AID of Foster City, California represents that <br />it is qualified on the basis of experience and expertise to <br /> <br />perform the aforesaid services required for said Projects; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Field <br />Construction Engineering/Inspection Services" (form dated <br />06/07/94), by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br />corporation of the State of California and TECH/AID, for the <br />performance of the above-mentioned services, a copy of which <br />agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which <br />copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, <br />is hereby approved and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute and to attest thereto, <br />respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
