DES:djk n~/26/95 (001/41) <br /> <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12516 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF HASTINGS <br /> UNIT 2 SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT <br /> TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; APPROVING AND <br /> AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION <br /> OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; AND ACCEPTING <br /> OFFER TO DEDICATE EASEMENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain final subdivision map (including <br />dedications of easements described therein) entitled, "Hastings <br />Unit 2", prepared by Charles W. Davidson Co., Consulting Civil <br />Engineers, consultants for Davidson-Woodson/Hastings Project, a <br />California general partnership, by Charles W. Davidson, General <br />Partner, and by Woodson Development Company, a California <br />corporation, General Partner, by Jim L. Woodson, President, the <br />owners of record of said subdivision, heretofore determined by <br />the City Engineer as conforming to the tentative map for said <br />subdivision, is approved and accepted subject to the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br /> (a) Before the release of said final map by the City <br /> of Redwood City ("City") for recordation, the owner or <br /> subdividers (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owner or <br /> subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br /> the subdivision) of said subdivision shall enter into and <br /> execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br /> in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for <br /> Improvement of Hastings Unit 2 Subdivision", (form dated <br /> 06/26/95) wherein Owner, in consideration for the approval <br /> <br /> <br />
