Waive first reading and introduce Ordinance of the City of Redwood City Adding Article <br />XIV of Chapter 9 of the Redwood City Code to Adopt Local Amendments to the 2019 <br />Edition of the California Energy Code and Green Building Standards Codes, Together <br />with Certain Amendments, Exceptions, Modifications and Additions Thereto, with an <br />amendment to the ordinance regarding Exception 7 for Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) <br />and Junior Accessory Dwelling Units (JADUs); and <br />2.
