! <br /> <br /> DES:djk ~-'20/95 (144/39) <br /> <br /> 0 R I G I N AL 6/26/95 <br /> <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 12509 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> PURCHASE DOCUMENTS FOR THE PRODUCTION AND PRINTING OF <br /> THE CITYWIDE RECREATION BROCHURE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, written bids without public advertisement were <br />solicited for the production and printing of the "Citywide" <br />Recreation brochure for the Department of Parks, Recreation and <br />Community Services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to said solicitation three bids were <br />received; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Pizazz Printing, Inc. of San Jose, California is <br />the lowest responsible bidder, and it is the intention and desire <br /> <br />of this Council to accept the bid of said Pizazz Printing, Inc.; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The bid of Pizazz Printing, Inc., Inc. for the <br />production and printing of the Citywide Recreation brochure to <br />the City of Redwood City in the amount of Fourteen Thousand Eight <br />Hundred Thirty-six and 48/100 Dollars ($14,836.48) computed in <br />accordance with said bidder's proposal dated June 2, 1995, is <br />hereby accepted, and said bidder is hereby declared to be the <br />lowest responsible bidder in response to solicitation for bids <br />without advertisement for said brochure production and printing. <br /> <br /> <br />
