DES:djk ~/02/95 (132/39) <br /> <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12501 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING SECTION 1 AND EXHIBIT B OF <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12154, ESTABLISHING A SALARY PLAN FOR <br /> CERTAIN EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATIONS (SEIU UNIT), TO ADD <br /> THE POSITIONS OF, AND SALARIES FOR, CHILD CARE <br /> ASSISTANT DIRECTOR, CHILD CARE LEADER AND HUMAN <br /> SERVICES SPECIALIST III <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 12154 entitled, "Resolution <br />Establishing Salary and Wage Plan for Certain Employee <br />Classifications (SEIU Unit)", adopted March 28, 1994, is hereby <br />amended to add to the list of employee positions therein <br />contained the positions of Child Care Assistant Director, Child <br />Care Leader and Human Services Specialist III. <br /> <br /> 2. Exhibit B of the above-mentioned Resolution No. 12154 <br />is hereby amended to add thereto the positions of Child Care <br />Assistant Director, Child Care Leader and Human Services <br />Specialist III and the salaries for said positions as set forth <br />in Exhibit "B-l" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference <br />incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> 3. This resolution shall be effective upon the date of its <br />adoption; provided, however, that the salary rates set forth in <br />Exhibit B-1 shall be operative commencing with the first pay <br />period beginning on or after July 1, 1995. <br /> <br /> <br />
