(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on October 12, 2020. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Bain, Borgens, Hale, Masur, Reddy and Mayor <br />Howard <br />M/S Reddy and Aguirre to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute <br />Amendment No. 7 to the Financing and Information Technology Services Agreement with <br />Silicon Valley Clean Water (SVCW), extending the agreement for an additional one-year <br />period through June 30, 2021 for a not to exceed amount of $137,458, and for a total <br />contract amount of $1,154,452. <br />Motion passes 7-0 by roll cal vote. <br />Pamela Aguilar, C C <br />City Clerk <br />
