(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on October 12, 2020. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Bain, Borgens, Hale, Masur, Reddy and Mayor <br />Howard <br />M/S Reddy and Aguirre to: <br />1. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the contract documents <br />and award the standard form contract for the 2019-2020 Watermain Replacement Project <br />- Southdale Way & Marsh Road to Mitchell Engineering of San Francisco for their <br />responsive and responsible low total bid of $1,148,917; <br />2. Authorize the City Manager or the City Manager's designee to increase the contract <br />amount, if necessary, up to 10% of the amount awarded in an amount not to exceed <br />$1,263,809; and <br />3.
