(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on October 12, 2020. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Bain, Borgens, Hale, Masur, Reddy and Mayor <br />Howard <br />M/S Reddy and Aguirre to: <br />1. Approve an Affordable Housing Regulatory Agreement and Declaration of Restrictive <br />Covenants with the Board of Trustees of the Leland Stanford Junior University to deed - <br />restrict thirty-seven of the units at 1 Franklin Street as affordable housing; and <br />2.
