Waive first reading and introduce Ordinance Amending Article 59 of the Redwood City <br />Zoning Ordinance to allow Cannabis Storefront Retail; and <br />2. Waive first reading and introduce Ordinance Amending Chapter 32, Article V, Division <br />7 of the Redwood City Municipal Code to Regulate Cannabis Storefront Retail and Update <br />Operating Requirements for Cannabis Businesses. <br />Motion passes 6-0-1 with Council Member Bain recused. <br />
