(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on November 23, 2020. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Bain, Borgens, Hale, Masur, Reddy and Mayor <br />Howard <br />M/S Reddy and Aguirre to determine that competitive bidding is not likely to serve the <br />best interests of the City or to result in the lowest price, and approve and authorize the <br />City Manager to execute an agreement to purchase one new 2020 Freightliner dump truck <br />in the amount of $143,336 from Golden Gate Truck Center of Oakland, CA. <br />Motion passes 7-0 by roll call vote. <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
