(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on December 7, 2020. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Bain, Borgens, Hale, Masur, Reddy and Mayor <br />Howard <br />M/S Reddy and Bain to: <br />1. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 2 to the Local <br />Project Sponsor Agreement between the Association of Bay Area Governments/San <br />Francisco Estuary Partnership and City of Redwood City; and <br />2. Authorize the City Manager to execute a Memorandum of Understanding with the City <br />of Menlo Park, Town of Atherton, County of San Mateo and the Flood and Sea Level Rise <br />Resiliency District, subject to any minor, clarifying and conforming changes approved by <br />the City Attorney, and authorizing a maximum City contribution towards completion of the <br />project in the amount of $2,658,000 under the terms of the MOU. <br />Mot' passes -0 by call vote. <br />Pamela p4 <br />, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
