(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority Meeting on <br />December 21, 2020. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Espinoza-Garnica, Gee, Hale, Reddy, Smith and Mayor <br />Howard <br />M/S Reddy and Hale to: <br />1. Approve and authorize City Manager to execute a three-year agreement with HdL for Sales <br />and Transaction and Use Tax and Business License Tax Consulting and Audit Services in an <br />amount not to exceed $392,400, including City Manager authority to extend the agreement for <br />two additional 1 -year terms, for a total not to exceed contract amount of $677,181; <br />2. Approve and authorize City Manager to execute a three-year agreement with HdL Coren & <br />Cone for Property Tax Consulting and Audit Services in an amount not to exceed $46,527, <br />including City Manager authority to extend the agreement for two additional 1 -year terms, for a <br />total not to exceed contract amount of $80,660; <br />3. Approve and authorize City Manager to execute a two-year no -fee contract with MuniServices, <br />LLC for assistance with all outstanding petitions with the California Department of Tax and Fee <br />Administration and sales tax analysis; and <br />4.
