(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority Meeting on <br />December 21, 2020. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Espinoza-Garnica, Gee, Hale, Reddy, Smith and Mayor <br />Howard <br />M/S Reddy and Hale to: <br />1. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Master Agreement with Cleverciti <br />Systems, Corp. to install and operate an automated parking guidance system for Downtown <br />Redwood City for a three-year period in the amount of $1,552,353, with a City option to purchase <br />extended warranty, maintenance and software services, annually, for up to seven years, in the <br />amount of $1,354,589, subject to any minor conforming changes approved by the City Attorney, <br />for a total period of ten years and a not -to -exceed amount of $2,906,942; <br />2. Authorize the City Manager or the City Manager's designee to increase the contract amount, if <br />necessary, by up to 10% of the original contract amount; and <br />3. Find that the project is exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality <br />Act (CEQA) under CEQA Guidelines Section 15303 Class 3 (New Construction or Conversion of <br />Small Structures). <br />Motion passes 7-0 by roll call vote. <br />gtv�*�� <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
