(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on December 21, 2020. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Espinoza-Garnica, Gee, Hale, Reddy, Smith and <br />Mayor Howard <br />M/S Reddy and Hale to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the <br />Agreement between the City of Redwood City and ACE Parking, Inc. for the Operation <br />and Management of the Jefferson Garage and Marshall Garage, for an amount not to <br />exceed $2,233,600 for the initial five-year term of the agreement and not to exceed <br />$4,389,719 the entire term of the agreement (including 5 optional one-year extension <br />terms).
