12/21/2020 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 15926 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY AMENDING THE CITY'S CLASSIFICATION AND SALARY PLAN <br />TO UPDATE THE SALARY RANGES FOR CERTAIN CLASSIFICATIONS <br />TO MEET LOCAL MINIMUM WAGE REQUIREMENTS <br />WHEREAS, the City Council adopted an Ordinance to increase minimum wage for <br />employees that work within the City of Redwood City to $15.62 per hour, effective January <br />1, 2021, and the wage ranges for certain regular, hourly and temporary positions must be <br />adjusted accordingly. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The recitals set forth above are true and correct and are hereby <br />incorporated by this reference as if fully set forth in their entirety. <br />2. The City's Classification and Salary Plan shall be amended and as listed in <br />the full salary plan attached as Exhibit "A". <br />3.
