No. 18 and P.S. No. 20 <br />That the name and address of the owner of the aforesaid public work is the City of <br />Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, P.O. Box 391, City Hall, <br />Redwood City, California. <br />That the nature of the interest or estate of the City of Redwood City in fee and to the real <br />property upon which the aforesaid public work is including but not limited to removal and <br />replacement of existing mechanical and electrical structures, rehabilitation and repair of an <br />existing wet well, furnishing and installation of a temporary bypass system, replacement of <br />submersible pumps, motor control center (MCC), installation of a complete standby generator, <br />connection of pump stations to existing force mains and associated work. <br />That the real properties upon which the aforesaid public work is constructed and to which <br />this notice of completion pertains to the following properties located in Redwood City, California: <br />P.S. No. 18 — located near the corner of Egret Lane and Columbia Way <br />P.S.
