(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on January 25, 2021. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Espinoza-Garnica, Gee, Hale, Reddy, Smith and <br />Mayor Howard <br />Motion and second, Hale and Smith to approve a two-year agreement authorizing the City <br />through the Redwood City Police Department to collaborate with Daly City, San Mateo, <br />South San Francisco (The Cities) through their police departments, and the County of <br />San Mateo through Behavioral Health and Recovery Services (BHRS), in the formation <br />of a mental health partnership crisis response program, at a total cost over the two year <br />span of $156,182, and authorize the City Manager to execute the Memorandum of <br />Understanding in substantially the form presented, with the friendly amendment to add <br />an individual to implement 24/7 coverage, and bring the program goals to City Council <br />Sub -Committee on Equity & Social Justice for further input. <br />Motion passes 6-0-1 by roll call vote, with Council Member Espinoza-Garnica <br />abstained. <br />- 64 "-'j ti <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
