(606) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority Meeting on February <br />8, 2021. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Espinoza-Garnica, Gee, Hale, Reddy, Smith and Mayor Howard <br />M/S Gee and Aguirre to: <br />1. Adopt a resolution to vacate right-of-way being a portion of Maple Street; <br />2. Approve the final map for the development at 1548 Maple Street; <br />3. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a land exchange agreement with 1548 Maple, LLC; <br />4. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a minor amendment to the development agreement <br />with 1548 Maple, LLC; <br />5. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a subdivision improvement agreement with 1548 <br />Maple, LLC; <br />6. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a landscape maintenance agreement with 1548 <br />Maple, LLC; and <br />7.
