MINUTE ORDER <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br /> May 22, 2000 <br /> MO. 00-234 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: May 22, 2000 <br /> <br />Attention: City Attorney <br /> Planning & Redevelopment <br /> <br />SUBJECT Action on the Sign Amortization Provisions <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on May 22, 2000. <br /> <br />Present: Councilmember Hartnett, Howard, Ira, Jordan, Pierce, Vice Mayor Claire and <br /> Mayor Ruskin <br /> <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes: <br /> <br /> M/S: Howard/Ira - Council Action: <br /> <br /> I) Took action to conclude that the Sign Amortization Provisions <br /> (Section 3.130 of the Sign Ordinance): are justified as presently <br /> specified and direct staff to return with appropriate findings <br /> corresponding to the action taken; <br /> <br /> M/S: Ira/Jordan - Council Action: <br /> <br /> II) Approves enforcement of alternative option I, and then will <br /> review report within three months; <br /> <br /> Motion adopted by a majority roll call vote, Vice Mayor Claire voted No. <br /> <br />Patricia S.
