3/26/01 <br />O R I G I N A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14181 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECTURAL AND <br />DESIGN SERVICES <br />(WORMHOUDT LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE, INC.) <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City proposes to construct a skate park <br />facility in the City of Redwood City (the `Project'); and <br />WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br />architectural and design services; and <br />WHEREAS, Wormhoudt Landscape Architecture, Inc. of Santa Cruz, <br />California, represents that it possesses the experience, and is qualified to <br />perform the aforesaid services for the Project; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement — Professional Architectural <br />and Design Services" (form dated 03/12/01), by and between the City of <br />Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, and Wormhoudt <br />Landscape Architecture, Inc. for the performance of the above- mentioned <br />services, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br />which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby <br />approved and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br />Reso -1102 1 <br />FXS:djk <br />F: /Shared /Redwood /Cound I <br />03/12/01 <br />
