<br />CGrJf:mf 10/26/81 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. <br /> <br />8992 <br /> <br />ORIGINf\L <br />OCT 26 1981 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION MODIFYING THE HOURLY RATE FOR THE <br />CLASSIFICATIONS OF SCHOOL CROSSING GUARD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Personnel Director has recommended that the hourly <br /> <br />rate for the classification of School Crossing Guard in the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City be modified; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council desires to approve such recommendation; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Employees appointed to positions in the following classifications <br /> <br />shall receive compensation computed by the hour, or otherwise, as <br /> <br />herein below designated, within the ranges as established by this <br /> <br />provision: <br /> <br />(a) Administrative Intern <br />(b) Library Page <br />(c) Lifeguard <br />(d) Maintainence Aide <br />(e) Maintenance Worker <br />(f) Office l'Jorker <br />( g) Recreation Instructor <br />(h) Recreation Leader <br /> <br />$3.50 per hour <br />Range $3.35 - $3.50 - $3.65 - <br />$3.80 - $3.95 per hour <br />Range $4.50 - $4.75 - $5.00 - <br />$5.25 - $5.50 - $6.00 per hour <br />Range $3.50 - $3.70 - $3.90 - <br />$4.10 - $4.30 - $4.60 per hour <br />Range $4.25 - $4.50 - $4.75 - <br />$5.00 - $5.25 per hour <br /> <br />Range $4.00 - $4.25 - $4.50 - <br />$4.75 per hour <br /> <br />Range $3.00 - $15.00 per hour <br /> <br />Range $3.75 - $4.00 - $4.25 - <br />$4.50 - $4.75 - $5.00 - $5.25 <br />per hour <br /> <br />(i) Recreation Leader Aide <br /> <br />Range $3.50 - $3.75 - $4.00 <br />per hour <br /> <br />(j) Reserve Police Corps <br />Member <br /> <br />Range $4.32 per hour to be <br />paid in accordance with provisions <br />of Section 26.4 of the Redwood City <br />Code <br /> <br />(k) School C rCEsing Guard <br /> <br />$5.00 per hour <br /> <br />(1) Swimming Pool Manager <br /> <br />Range $6.00 - $6.50 - $7.00 <br />per hour <br /> <br />(m) Umpire-Referee-Scorer <br /> <br />Range $2.50 - $10.00 per game <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />8992 <br />
