<br />C ,:djg~c 9/10/81 <br /> <br />8972 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />SEP 2 8 1981 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIAL PROVISIONS FOR <br />WATER SN,1PLING AND TESTINGi AND AUTHORIZING <br />CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />special provisions for water sampling and testing in the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to approve said special provisions <br /> <br />and to authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for the furnishing <br /> <br />of said servicesi <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFOHEi <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain special provisions entitled "City of Redwood <br /> <br />City, California, Department of Public Works, Special provisions for <br /> <br />Water Sampling and Testing 1981-82 ~ City of Redwood City, California," <br /> <br />a copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br /> <br />which copy reference is hereby made for full particulars thereof, <br /> <br />are approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to ad- <br /> <br />vertise for bids for the furnishing of said services, in accordance <br /> <br />with the special provisions therefor, said advertisements to be in <br /> <br />the form of that certain "Notice to Bidders" set forth in the above- <br /> <br />mentioned special provisions. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />~ 972 <br />
