Pursuant to Labor Code Section 3363.5 this Council <br /> <br />does hereby designate as employees those persons hereafter <br /> <br />so designated by the City Librarian, who perform voluntary <br /> <br />services without pay for the Redwood City Library, including <br /> <br />its branches. <br /> <br />2. All employees so designated pursuant to paragraph <br /> <br />1 hereof, shall be subject to, and covered by, the Workers' <br /> <br />Compensation self-insurance of the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />during the tenure of such voluntary employment. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />8970 <br />
