I O I i V A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14172 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO <br />AND THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement for the Adjustment of Water <br />Value Boxes on Upton Street, Harding Avenue, James Avenue and Alameda de <br />las Pulgas in the Kensington Square Area of Redwood City and Upland Road in <br />the Oak Knoll Manor Area of Redwood City ", a copy of which Agreement is on <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the <br />full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk <br />are hereby authorized and directed to execute and to attest thereto, respectively <br />said Agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />Reso -1114 <br />F:Shared /Redwood /Council /Reso <br />FXS:djk <br />03/20/01 <br />
