<br />MINUTE ORDER <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />September 8. 2008 <br />MO. 08-176 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: September 9, 2008 <br /> <br />Attention: City Attorney <br />Community Development Department <br />Redevelopment Agency <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Funding Agreements <br />for Fiscal Year 2008-09. <br /> <br />AGENDA ITEM: 6.1A (304) <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on September 8, 2008. <br /> <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Bain, Hartnett, Ira, Pierce, Vice Mayor Howard and <br />Mayor Foust <br /> <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />The following motions were made, carried and entered on the Minutes <br /> <br />M/S Aguirre/Hartnett to (1) approve the recommendation of the Housing and <br />Human Concerns Committee (HHCC) and reallocate $35,000 in unexpended <br />prior year funds to the Police Activities League (PAL) for the Job Development <br />Diversion Program; and (2) authorize approval of 12 operating agreements with <br />11 non-profit organizations to allow disbursement of funds. <br /> <br />The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote by all those present. <br /> <br /> <br />Dora Wong <br />Deputy City Clerk <br />
