04/09/01 <br />ORIGINAL <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14188 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR GROUND LEASE FOR A <br />CHILDCARE FACILITY <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 14144, adopted February 12, <br />2001, advertisements were published for bids for a Ground Lease for a Childcare <br />Facility in the Redwood Shores Area of the City of Redwood City, California; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said advertisements, one bid was received; and <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to accept the bid of Shores Childcare, <br />LCC of Redwood City, California for said Ground Lease; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain bid entitled, "Proposal — Ground Lease For a Childcare <br />Facility ", dated March 9, 2001, in the amount of One Thousand and No /100 <br />Dollars ($1,000.00) annual rental during the initial term of said Lease, subject to <br />all terms and conditions of the Bid Documents approved by the aforementioned <br />Resolution No. 14144, submitted by Shores Childcare, LLC, is hereby accepted, <br />and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and <br />to attest thereto, respectively, said Ground Lease for and on behalf of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br />Reso -1125 <br />F: /shared /Redwood /C o u n c i l <br />DES:djk <br />04/04/01 <br />
