04/09/01 <br />0 R I G I !I A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14187 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT <br />(SOUTH BAYSIDE SYSTEM AUTHORITY) <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement entitled, "South Bayside System Authority — <br />Redwood City, California - Amendment to Lease Agreement' (dated and entered <br />01/17/01), by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of <br />the State of California, and the South Bayside System Authority, a public entity, a <br />copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy <br />reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and <br />the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, <br />and to attest thereto, respectively, said amendment to agreement for and on <br />behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />Reso -1070 <br />F \Shared /Redwood /Council <br />FXS:djk <br />03/30/01 <br />
