04/09/01 <br />O R I G I N A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14185 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF GRANT OF REVOCABLE PERMIT FOR CITY ATTORNEY'S <br />OFFICE <br />(CITY ATTORNEY) <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain revocable permit entitled, "Grant of Revocable Permit for City <br />Attorney's Office" (form dated 04/01/01), by and between David E. Schricker and <br />the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, <br />providing for use of certain City Hall space for office purposes, a copy of which <br />permit is on file with the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for <br />the full particulars hereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City <br />Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute and to attest thereto, <br />respectively, said permit for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />Reso -1124 <br />F:/shared /Redwood /Council <br />DES:djk <br />04/02/01 <br />
