MINUTE ORDER <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br /> October 12, 1998 <br /> MO. 98-260 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: October 14, 1998 <br /> <br />Attention: City Manager <br /> City Attorncy <br /> Finance Director <br /> Community Development Director <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Acceptance of Improvements for Parcel Map No. 93-5 (304) <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on October 12, 1998. <br /> <br />Present: Councilmembers Bain, Claire, Hartnett, Ira, Ruskin <br /> and Mayor Howard <br /> <br />Absent: Leipzig <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carded and entered on the Minutes: <br /> <br /> M/S: Ruskin/Hartnett to accept the improvements and release the bonds for <br /> Parcel Map No. 98-5, following the submission of a Maintenance Bond in the <br /> amount of $6,300.00, in accordance with Paragraph No. 9 of the Subdivision <br /> Agreement (Bruce Zilmer). <br /> <br /> The motion was adopted by the following roll call vote, with Councilmember <br /> Clair abstaining from vote on approval of Item H.14. and October 5, 1998 <br /> minutes and Mayor Howard abstaining from vote on approval of minutes of <br /> September 28, 1998: AYES: Bain, Claire, Hartnett, Ira, Ruskin and Mayor <br /> Howard.
