MINUTE ORDER <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br /> September 28, 1998 <br /> MO. 98-254 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: October 5, 1998 <br /> <br />Attention: City Manager <br /> City Attorney <br /> Community Development Director <br /> <br />SUBJECT: PH-Paeific Shores Development Agreement (304) <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on September 28, 1998. <br /> <br />Present: Councilmembers Bain, Claire, Hartnett, Ira and Vice Mayor Ruskin <br /> <br />Absent: Councilmember Leipzig and Mayor Howard <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes: <br /> <br /> M/S: Ira, Hartnett that the agreement be amended to include language to <br /> specifically state that, "all rights and obligations of the City and Pacific <br /> Shores will expire in the event that the annexation does not take place <br /> within one year from the effective date of the development agreement." <br /> Passed 5-0. (Howard, Leipzig absent.) <br /> <br /> Motion adopted by those members present. <br /> <br /> <br />
