MINUTE ORDER <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br /> September 28, 1998 <br /> MO. 98-248 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: October 5, 1998 <br /> <br />Attention: City Manager <br /> City Attorney <br /> Community Development Director <br /> <br />SUBJECT: PUBLIC HEARING - PACIFIC SHORES DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (304) <br />Meeting of the Council of thc City of Redwood City on September 28, 1998. <br /> <br />Present: Councilmembers Bain, Claire, Hartnett, Ira and Vice Mayor Ruskin <br /> <br />Absent: Councilmember Leipzig and Mayor Howard <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes: <br /> <br /> M/S: Claire, Hartnett and unanimously carried by roll call vote that Item <br /> 12, page 32, subparagraph B be amended to include, "prescheduled games <br /> and practices on playing fields on weekend days; that the softball field will <br /> be available on all weekdays from 8 a.m. to dusk April 1 through June 30 <br /> for organized sports; and that from April 1 through termination of <br /> daylight saving time, the soccer/regulation-size baseball field will be <br /> available on Tuesdays and Thursdays."
