(205) <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on September 28, 1998. <br /> <br />Present: Councilmembers Bain, Claire, Hartnett, Ira and Vice Mayor Ruskin <br /> <br />Absent: Councilmember Leipzig and Mayor Howard <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes: <br /> <br /> M/S: Hartnett, Claire that the Council endorse recommendations #1 and <br /> #2 of the Task Force: 1) Changing the review authority and name of the <br /> Architectural Committee to Architectural Review Committee (and that an <br /> appropriate ordinance for changing the review authority be prepared and <br /> submitted for Council review); and 2) The Planning Commission's <br /> recommendations for areas in the City to conduct the Build-Out Analysis <br /> studies (Bair Island Road area; Canyon Road Shopping area; El Camino <br /> Real/kiel's Bowl site; and Rolison Road.
