<br />o <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />SWC:mf 6/30/81 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. <br /> <br />8884 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />JUL 6 1981 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR TRENCH <br />PATCHING PROJECT FISCAL YEAR 1981-82, IN THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY; AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK <br />TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />specifications for the Redwood City Water Department Trench <br /> <br />Patching project for the fiscal year 1981-82 in the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to approve said specifications <br /> <br />and to authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for the <br /> <br />above mentioned trench patching; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain specifications entitled "Special <br /> <br />provisions for the Construction of Water Department Trench Patching <br /> <br />1981-82 - Redwood City, California," prepared in the office of <br /> <br />the Department of Public Works are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is~iliereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the above mentioned trench patching <br /> <br />project, in accordance with the specifications therefor, said <br /> <br />advertisement to be in the form of that certain "Notice to <br /> <br />Contractors" set forth in the above mentioned specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />8884 <br />
