R 84 5 <br /> <br />MAY 1 8 1981 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RESCINDING CONDITION TO THE GRANTING OF <br />EXCEPTIONS TO CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 30 OF <br />THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY REGARDING <br />MARINA PARK BEACH <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 7839, adopted July 11, 1977, <br /> <br />modified by Minute Order 77-141, July 11, 1977, this Council <br /> <br />enacted certain conditions to the granting of exceptions to certain <br /> <br />provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />with regard to the Marina Park Subdivision No.2 at Redwood Shores; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, one of those conditions was that the beach and boat <br /> <br />launch facility should be privately owned and open to the public; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the maintenance of such public facilities by the <br /> <br />private owner has become an unreasonable burden on said owner; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />The condition imposed by Resolution No.7839, modified by <br /> <br />Minute Order 77-141, July 11, 1977, upon the granting of exceptions <br /> <br />to certain provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, requiring that lots 3 and 7 of the Marina Park <br /> <br />Subdivision No. 2 be maintained as a public beach and boat <br /> <br />launch facility, is hereby rescinded. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />8845 <br />
