MINUTE ORDER <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br /> May 11, 1998 <br /> MO. 98-123 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: May 15, 1998 <br /> <br />Attention: City Manager <br /> City Attorney <br /> Finance Director <br /> Community Development Director <br /> <br />SUBJECT: PUBLIC HEARING: Fourth Annual Action Plan - Community Development <br /> Block Grant and Home Investment Partnership Funding recommendations; (404) <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on May 11, 1998. <br /> <br />Present: Councilmembers Bain, Claire, Ira, Leipzig, Ruskin <br /> and Mayor Howard <br /> <br />Absent: Harmett <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes: <br /> <br /> M/S: LEIPZIG/RUSKIN TO APPROVE THE I~ICC RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> FOR HSFA ALLOCATIONS AS SUBMITTED <br /> <br /> MOTION PASSED BY THE FOLLOWING VOICE VOTE OF MEMBERS <br /> PRESENT WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE ALLOCATION FOR THE TEEN <br /> PREGNANCY COALITION OF SAN MATEO COUNTY <br /> <br /> AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS BAIN, IRA*, LEIPZIG*, RUSKIN AND <br /> MAYOR HOWARD <br /> NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS CLAIRE, <br /> *Council Members Ira and Leipzig voted 'No' on the Teen Pregnancy Coalition of San <br /> Marco County and Council Member Claire voted 'No' on the entire motion which <br /> resulted in a 3-3 vote on this one item.
