The regulations <br /> govern, among other matters, the location of such businesses and the permitting <br /> thereof and of live performances conducted therein. <br /> <br /> Open public hearing; <br /> <br /> Mayor Howard opened the public hearing at 8:15 p.m. <br /> <br />Arlyn C.
