(WaterWorks) of Windsor, California to provide aquatic plant <br />management and environmental engineering services to the Redwood Shores <br />Lagoon for th ~unt not to exceed amount of $198,400.00 for each year of <br />Agreement, nd (2) authorize the City Manager to amend the Agreement for <br />hree addi onal one-year periods or parts thereof for the not to exceed amount of <br />$198,40 .00 per each Amendment period. <br /> <br />roll call vote by all those present. <br />
