<br />CC djg-c 7/23/81 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />8926 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />JUl 2 7 1981 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION'APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF <br />CEDAR PLACE SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, <br />SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPT- <br />ING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; <br />AND APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br />FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain final map of Cedar Place Subdivision in the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City, prepared by Edward W. Baca, for Hubert R. Huber, <br /> <br />owner of record of said subdivision, heretofore determined by the <br /> <br />Director of Public Works to be in conformity with the tentative map <br /> <br />for this subdivision, is approved, subject to the following conditions:. <br /> <br />1. That, prior to the release of said final map by City and <br />prior to its recordation, the owner or subdivider of said <br />subdivision shall enter into and execute that certain <br />proposed subdivision agreement on file in the office of the <br />City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for Cedar Place Subdivision," <br />wherein the owner or subdivider, in consideration of the <br />approval of said map by the City, shall agree to construct <br />and complete, in the time specified in said agreement, all <br />streets and other improvements required of owner under the <br />provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood <br />City, being the subdivision regulations of said City, and <br />such other street, sewer or other improvements designated <br />or mentioned in said agreement and/or set forth in the plans <br />and specifications for the improvement of Cedar Place Sub- ' <br />division on file in the office of the Director of Public <br />Works. <br /> <br />2. That, prior to the release of said final map by City and <br />prior to its recordation, the owner or subdivider shall furnish <br />to the City and file with the City Clerk a good and sufficient <br />security in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, secur- <br />ing the faithful performance by said owner or subdivider of <br />all work and the construction of all improvements designated <br />or mentioned in said agreement, and within the time therein <br />specified, the amount of said security to be Fourteen Thousand <br />Nine Hundred Fifty and No/IOO Dollars ($14,950.00) and also <br />a good a sufficient security in a form to be approved by the <br />City Attorney securing the payment by said owner or subdivider <br />of all bills for labor and materials incurred in the const- <br />ruction of any and all said improvements, and the doing of <br />all other work therein agreed to be done by the said owner <br />or subdivider, the amount of said security to be Fourteen <br />Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty and No/lOO Dollars (14,950.00). <br /> <br />8926 <br />
