<br />" <br /> <br />SWC.~jg-c 7/20/81 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />8925 <br /> <br />JUL 2 7 1981 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING ~10UNT OF ADMINISTRATIVE <br />OVERHEAD CHARGEABLE TO CLEANUP OF HAZARDOUS MATERIALS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 1839, adopted May 4, 1981 and <br /> <br />effective June 3, 1981, this Council did authorize the Fire Department <br /> <br />to clean up or abate the effects of hazardous materials deposited <br /> <br />upon or into property or facilities of the City and bill such cleanup <br /> <br />costs to the person or persons responsible for such deposit; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said Ordinance No. 1839, this Council may <br /> <br />determine by resolution the amount of administrative overhead to be <br /> <br />included in those costs recoverable by the City for cleanup of hazard- <br /> <br />ous materials; <br /> <br />NO\"J THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />For purposes of cost recovery pursuant to Ordinance No. 1839 <br /> <br />relating to cleanup of hazardous materials, administrative overhead <br /> <br />shall be an amount equal to 44.62% of the actual labor costs of City <br /> <br />personnel, including fringe benefits, and shall be in addition to <br /> <br />such labor costs, including fringe benefits. <br /> <br />8925 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
