<br />" <br /> <br />CGH:wb 6/24/81 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />891 7 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />JUL 2 0 1981 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL ~AP OF <br />SHORES CENTER UNIT NO.1 SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, <br />CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING <br />AND ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT <br />THEREOF; AND APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR <br />SAID SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY ~HE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain final map of Shores Center Unit No. 1 Subdivision <br /> <br />in the City of Redwood City prepared by Brian, Kangas, Foulk & <br /> <br />Associates for Redwood Shores, Inc., a California Corporation, <br /> <br />owner of record of said subdivision, heretofore determined by the <br /> <br />Director of Public ~vorks as being in conformity with the tentative <br /> <br />map for this subdivision, is approved, subject to the following <br /> <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1. That, prior to the release of said final map by City for <br />recordation, the owner or subdivider of said subdivision <br />shall enter into and execute that certain proposed sub- <br />division agreement on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk, entitled "Agreement for Shores Center Unit No. 1 <br />Subdivision," in consideration of the approval of said <br />map by the City, whereby subdivider agrees to construct <br />and complete, in the time specified in said agreement, <br />all streets and other improvements required of owner or <br />subdivider under the provisions of Chapter 30 of the <br />Code of the City of Redwood City, being the subdivision <br />regulations of said City, and such other street, sewer <br />or other improvements designated or mentioned in said <br />agreement and/or set forth in the plans and specifications <br />for the improvement of Shores Center Unit No. 1 Subdivision <br />on file in the office of the Director of Public Works. <br /> <br />2. That, prior to the release of said final map by City for <br />recordation, the owner or subdivider shall furnish to the <br />City and file with the City Clerk a good and sufficient <br />security in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, <br />securing the faithful performance by said owner or sub- <br />divider of all work and the construction of all improve- <br />ments designated or mentioned in said agreement, and <br />within the time therein specified, the amount of said <br />security to be Four Million Two Hundred Sixty-two <br />Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty-nine and 95/100 Dollars <br />($4,262,769.95) and also a good and sufficient security <br />in a form to be approved by the City Attorney securing <br />the payment by said owner or subdivider of all bills <br />for labor and materials incurred in the construction of <br /> <br />8917 <br />
