5/14/01 <br />O R I G I N A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14224 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION <br />SUPPORT SERVICES RELATING TO THE DEPARTMENT OF <br />PUBLIC WORKS SERVICES PROGRAMS /ACTIVITIES <br />(THE SANDUL COMPANY, INC.) <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires customer support to <br />communicate public information related to its water utility, stormwater program, <br />lagoons management program and street cleaning activities (the "Projects "); and <br />WHEREAS, in connection with the Projects, the City requires professional <br />communications support services; and <br />WHEREAS, The Sandul Company, Inc. of Hamilton, Montana, represents <br />that it possesses the experience, and is qualified to perform the aforesaid <br />services required for the Projects; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement for Communication Support <br />Services — (Public Works Services Programs /Activities" (form dated 05/09/01), by <br />and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br />California, and The Sandul Company, Inc., for the performance of the above- <br />mentioned services, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is <br />Reso -1152 1 <br />FXS:djk <br />S hared /Redwood /Council <br />05/09/01 <br />
