That the public interest and public necessity of <br /> <br />said municipality, said Town of Redwood City, and of the inhabitants <br /> <br />thereof, demand the acquisition, construction and completion of ,the <br /> <br />following municipal improvernent in and for said Town of Redwood City, <br /> <br />to-wit: <br /> <br />The acquisition, construction and completion of a bungalow type <br /> <br /> <br />r-fire hOUS;)Situated at the corner of Myrtle and Jefferson Streets in <br /> <br /> <br />'the Town of Redwood City upon a portion of lot numbered six (6) in <br /> <br /> <br />block numbered nineteen (19), as shown upon that certain map entitled <br /> <br />"Map No.2, Central Park, Redwood City, San Mateo Co., Cal.", filed in <br /> <br />the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of <br /> <br /> <br />California, July 20, 1912, in Book 8 of Maps at pages 15 and 16 thereof. <br /> <br />That the estimated cost of the work and improvement described <br /> <br />in Section 1 above mentioned is the sum of $ /~ t1t1CJ <br /> <br />Section 2.
