RESOLVED, THAT WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, intends and proposes to institute proceedings under and pursuant to the provisions of that oertain Act of the Legislature of the State of California known and designated as the "County Improvement Aot of 1921", approved June 3rd, 1921, and amendments thereto, for the purpose of ordering oer~ain work and im- provements to be done, to-wit: the construction of a sanitary sewer in, under and upon a oertain public way and street within the Town of Red- wood City, County of San Mateo, Sta~e of California, namely, -Ghe Wood- side Hoad, trom t;he sout;herly limits of the Town at" Redwood City to Arlington Avenue. NOW THEHEFOREJ the Council of the Town of Redwood City does resolve as follows: . Section 1. The Council of the Town of Redwood Oi ty here'by con- sents to the use by the Board of Su~ervisors of the County of San Mateo of the portion of the Woodside Road hereinbefore described for the oon- struotion and operation of said sanitary sewer. Section 2.
